If at any time during this period you decide that you would rather not continue with your subscription, we will refund the full subscription price paid. No questions asked, no explanations required, you may request a refund for any reason within 7 days of your original purchase.
To prevent abuse of this policy, the Money Back Guarantee may only be claimed by an individual once per Analytic Model.
Simply e-mail your username and contact details to MoneyBackGuarantee@verusdecisions.com within 7 days of your original purchase. You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging that we’ve received your request and your payment will be refunded within 15 days.
